What is the registration policy?

Is this event in Zoom?

This is an in person event.

How many days is the event?

This Academy is a 3 days event. Please plan to attend all scheduled days for the full experience.

Is food provided?

Snacks, water, and coffee will be available during event. All Meals are included.

Is there a dress code?

Casual is recommended. Please dress in a way that reflects leadership and professionalism.

What should I bring?

Laptop, Phone charger and laptop charger, Notebook, pen, and an open mindset.

Do I need to know how to use Zoom?

Yes. It is mandatory that all attendees know how to use Zoom, including chat, camera, mic, and breakout rooms. Here’s a quick tutorial to help: Zoom Basics Video.

Do I need to stay in San Jose to attend the Academy?

Yes. The GFI Academy is a 3-day in-person event held in San Jose, California. All attendees are expected to be present for the full duration of the event each day from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For this reason, we recommend booking local accommodations nearb

If I am married, do I need to buy one or two tickets?

Tickets are per person. Admission is per individual, not per couple. Each attendee must have their own ticket to participate in the event.

Do I need to pay for parking?

Is $10 per day to park your car inside hotel parking lot.
